Paolo Marchesini

Chief Financial Officer

Paolo Marchesini was born in Milan on March 15, 1967. He has a degree in Economics and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He joined the Group in 1997 occupying various functions in the Finance Division. In 2000 he was appointed Chief Financial Officer.

Stefano Saccardi

General Counsel and Business Development Officer

Stefano Saccardi was born in Milan on May 12,1959. He has a degree in Law. He joined the Group in 1985 holding various functions in the legal department, corporate and public affairs. Since 1999 he is General Counsel and in 2001 he was also appointed Business Development Officer.

Following the successful completion of the acquisition of Lascelles deMercado & Co. Limited in December 2012, he was appointed Chairman of the Board and Group Managing Director, while keeping his current roles in Gruppo Campari as General Counsel and Business Development Officer.

Franco Peroni

Group Product Supply Chain Officer

Franco Peroni was born in Rome on October 10, 1966. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania (USA) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He held managerial positions in France, Great Britain and Italy within the beverage sector before becoming General Manager of Birra Peroni Industriale SpA, a position he held until December 2003. In January of 2004 he joined Gruppo Campari as Managing Director Italy and in 2009 Franco has been appointed Group Product Supply Chain Officer.

Andrea Conzonato

Chief Marketing Officer

Andrea Conzonato was born in Verona (Italy) on June 22, 1968. He has a degree in Electronic Engineer from Padua University. After 13 years of service in international Marketing and Sales positions in Procter&Gamble, he joined Gruppo Campari in September 2007 as Chief Operating Officer - Business Unit North America. In May 2011 Andrea was appointed Group Chief Marketing Officer.

Gilberto Nava

Group Sales Director

Gilberto Nava was born in Villasanta, Milan, on May 1, 1952. He graduated from the University of Milan with a degree in Political Science. He has been in the food&beverage industry for almost 30 years, and within his career he covered managerial position in Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales in relevant companies, operating both in Italy and international markets, such as Nestlè and Kraft-Jacobs Suchard. In 1999 Gilberto joined Gruppo Campari as Commercial Director at Campari Italy, and in 2009 he has also been appointed Group Sales Director.

Giorgio Pivetta

Group Human Resources Director

Giorgio Pivetta was born in Cremona, Italy on July 17, 1961. He graduated from the University of Pavia with a degree in Philosophy. He held various positions with growing responsibilities in the Human Resources area at Barilla where he worked for over 12 years. Prior joining the Group he was Group Human Resources Director of Gruppo Mossi & Ghisolfi. He joined the Gruppo Campari in September 2004 as Group Human Resources Director.

Roberto Gollin

Group IT Director

Roberto Gollin was born in Milan on August 13, 1955. He graduated in Industrial Engineering in Switzerland. In over thirty years of career, he held various positions with growing responsibilities in the Information Technology area working for Italian and international corporation, such as Sanitec Group and Kone Group. He joined Gruppo Campari in 1999 as IT Director di Campari Italia, and in 2005 Roberto has been appointed Group IT Director.

Sascha Cumia

Managing Director South America

An Italian born in Germany on March 7th 1970, Sascha Cumia holds a degree in International Business Administration from the Bocconi University (Milan). After some international assignments at multinational companies, he joined the export area of Gruppo Campari in 2000, working in the USA and Canada markets. Some years later, he took over the management of some European markets such as Germany and Austria, and other markets such as the Czech Republic and Hungary. In 2006, Sascha was appointed Regional Director for Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa. Just over a year later, in 2007, he took over as Managing Director of Campari Austria. In 2012, he was appointed new Managing Director of the Business Unit South America.

Stefan Jensen

Managing Director Central Europe

Stefan Jensen was born on August 8, 1962 in Augsburg (Germany). He has a degree in Economics. After 13 years of service in various Marketing and Sales positions in Unilever, he joined Gruppo Campari in September 2002 as Managing Director Campari Deutschland GmbH. In June 2005 he was appointed Managing Director Germany – Switzerland. In April 2009, he was appointed Managing Director Central Europe.

Enzo Casati

Managing Director Asia-Pacific

Enzo Casati was born in Milan on January 14,1963. He has a degree in Economics from the Bocconi University. Prior to joining the Group in 1994 he worked for 3M. In Campari he held various positions in the international area and in 2003 he became Deputy Managing Director International. From May 2004 to May 2010 he took the position of Managing Director International. In May 2010 was appointed Managing Director Asia-Pacific.

Jean Jacques Dubau

Managing Director Italy

Jean Jacques Dubau, was born in Nancy, France, January 25, 1962. He graduated from the Lyon Higher School of Business ( E. M. Lyon) with a degree in International Business and Marketing. Jean Jacques has been in the marketing business for over 20 years, and he began his career at SEB Group in 1985 in Japan, quickly rising within the company in a variety of international marketing and management positions in Japan, France and Italy. In 2000 Jean Jacques joined Gruppo Campari as International Marketing Director at the Campari International offices in Monte Carlo. In 2006 he was appointed Marketing Director Italy. In 2009 Jean Jacques has been appointed Managing Director Italy.

Gerry Ruvo

CEO e Managing Director North America

Gerard Ruvo was born in New York and graduated from the State University of New York at Corltand. He has over 30 years of experience in the alcohol beverage sector, including at Gallo and Monsieur Henri (Stolichnaya/Pepsico). Ruvo joined SKYY in 1998 to build a comprehensive sales structure and direct SKYY's skyrocketing sales. In April 2005 he was appointed President and CEO of Skyy Spirits (now Campari America). In April 2009 he was appointed Managing Director North America.

Fabio Di Fede

Managing Director International

Fabio Di Fede was born in France on October 29, 1972. After completing a Master in International Business Law at the University of Aix-Marseille, he graduated from the Master of Commerce Program of the University of Sydney. He began his career at Ernst & Young in Monaco and then joined Gruppo Campari in 1999 as International Legal Counsel to become Business Development Manager in 2003. He then joined Campari International in 2008 to take the Market Development Director role, quickly rising to the position of Deputy Managing Director the following year. In March 2011 Fabio was appointed Managing Director International.

Andrea Montorfano

Managing Director Wines

Andrea Montorfano was born in Sorengo, Switzerland, on June 11th, 1965. After graduating in Economics at the Bocconi University in Milan, he occupied different positions in the marketing departments of relevant companies like CPC Bestfoods and Quaker Oats. He joined Gruppo Campari in 1995 occupying various functions with growing responsibilities in the marketing department. In January 2010 Andrea has been appointed Managing Director Wines.

Cesare Vandini

Managing Director Russia

Cesare Vandini was born in Bologna on October 18, 1963. He has a degree in Economics. He held various managerial positions with growing responsibilities from Commercial and Marketing Director to General Manager, operating both in Italy and international markets for relevant companies such asKraft Food, Diageo e Pirelli. Cesare joined Gruppo Campari as Group Marketing Director in 2008, he was appointed Managing Director Russia in 2011.
