The remuneration policy for directors is defined by the Board in response to the proposals of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee, after consulting the Board of Auditors.
The Remuneration Report, approved by the Board of Directors, following a proposal by the Remuneration and Appointments Committee, in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory duties, defines and illustrates:
the compensation paid and stock options allocated to members of Board of Directors and Statutory Auditors. The Report also illustrates the shareholdings held by Directors.
Hereinafter is made available the Remuneration Report pursuant to article 123-ter of the TUF and the Stock option plan pursuant to article 114-bis of the TUF, together with the related regulation document, approved by the shareholders' meeting of 29 April 2016.
