Code of Ethics

The Company’s Code of Ethics, approved by the Davide Campari-Milano S.p.A. Board of Directors on 26 February 2004 and amended on 18 March 2009, 12 March 2012, and 11 November 2015 thereafter, defines mission and values on which the company is founded, by specifying the responsibilities the Company has accepted with respect to its own people and the third parties.

In accordance with national and international best practices in corporate governance, the Group draws its inspiration from the principles of transparency and correctness, pursuing the goals of creating value for shareholders and ensuring maximum success for its products, in compliance with ethical principles and values of correctness and diligence.
